Validated partner ecosystem. Modeled detailed unit economics, including partner and solution integration costs. 

Case 2: BioTech Instrument maker – Consulting: Rebranded and repositioned bio-tech imaging company. Helped drive multi-million in new revenue opportunities. Conducted end to end business audit – identify problems and opportunities. Then implemented it. Revamped pricing, sales team incentives and marketing processes.
